As a child, Roni spent years in foster care wishing for a place to call home. Now she's pinching herself because small-town life in Steele Ridge and hunky Recon Marine, Way, have made her dreams come true. At least until someone steals Roni's beloved Santa statue from her front porch. The former FBI agent calls foul, and she and Way use every investigative technique they know to hunt the thief.
